Shipping Rate

iBAMBINO use Australia Post & other National courier for shipping.

If you have selected to have your order shipped using Australia Post regular service, please be advised that this service is not tracked and iBambino will not be held liable should you not receive your parcel.

*Express post, registered mail and bulky item may require shipping surcharge, but we encourage customers to use registered mail as addressee’s signature is required. Please make sure you or the addressee is available to sign for the parcel. iBAMBINO not take responsibility for goods signed by anyone other than the addressee.
*Note: weight is based on the actual weight.

  • Goods will be dispatched in approximately 48 hours.
  • No delivery on public holidays.

Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.

International Shipping

Please e-mail us at i.bambino@live.com  to get a quote for international shipping, handling and insurance rates.  We will send a detailed quotation providing the cost for delivery that you choose. iBAMBINO do not proceed until we receive confirmation from the customer. Prices do not include duty or taxes applicable to the country the goods are being sent to. iBAMBINO will not be responsible for any damage during delivery to the nominated address. 

Returns/Refunds

Products have been carefully checked before dispatch to the customer. Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. However, if the product isn’t right, we offer you the ability to exchange with other products with an equal amount or we give you a refund. A reason and receipt for your return are required as proof of purchase on return items. Refunds only apply on items that are unworn, unwashed (original with the tag).

The product must be returned with in 7 days from receiving date to received money back or replacement of product.

Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or colour please enclose with your original purchase with a postage paid, self addressed bag sufficient to send your new item. A correctly sized pre-paid bag is sufficient. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges, except if iBAMBINO made an error or shipped the wrong product.

Please choose very carefully as all sale items are not exchangeable. Products are subject to availability.

Note: No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the Swimwear & Underwear due to hygienic reasons.
